Rosie Oldham, BS, RN, LNCC
Rosie Oldham founded R&G in 1992, serving as President and CEO.
She has been an active registered nurse since 1981 and is credentialed as a Legal Nurse Consultant, Certified (LNCC) by the American Legal Nurse Consultant Certification Board (ALNCCB), which is the certifying body of the American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants (AALNC.)
Ms. Oldham is a contributing author to many medical legal articles and textbooks. In 1997, she established R&G Press and self-published the 1st edition of the Medical Legal Internet Directory containing more than 3000 websites for medical legal research.
From 2001-2002, Rosie served as the National President for AALNC. Later, in 2007, she delivered the closing keynote speech, entitled, “Navigating Today’s Business Challenges and Technical Environment” at the AALNC National Education Forum. She continues to support the AALNC “Legal Nurse Consultant Certified” credentialing process, and, in 2012 and 2013 provided numerous review presentations online for nurses sitting for the extensive exam. She is currently the President of the Phoenix Chapter of AALNC.
Rosie continues to speak nationally on a variety of medical/legal issues to nursing organizations, bar associations and physician groups. She serves as a mentor to many nurses pursuing the legal nurse consulting field through one-on-one communications and web-hosted events. She’s also appeared on various radio and television shows promoting the use of the internet for medical/legal research.
Rosie’s nursing background includes roles as the Director of Nursing, a Risk Manager and a Quality Improvement Coordinator. She worked in home health care, medical-surgical nursing, psychiatric nursing and chemical dependency. Her years of experience include mass tort litigation, Multi-District Litigation (MDL) coordinated proceedings, data extraction for adverse event reporting and managing class action settlements internationally.
Honors
2003 National Leadership Award as an honorary Co-Chairman from the State of Arizona for the Business Advisory Council to the White House.
2005 Named Business Woman of the Year-Arizona by the 2004 Business Advisory Council to the White House.
2006 Congressional Medal of Distinction for outstanding leadership in business and contributions to the local economy.
2007 Member of the Year – American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants.
